A hearing was held in the case of NSA being imposed on Amritpal

Amritpal Singh and Daljit Singh Kalsi, lodged in Dibrugarh Jail, have said in their petition that the fresh imposition of NSA on them is wrong and unconstitutional, which should be rejected.
The Punjab-Haryana High Court has ordered the Punjab government to produce all the records related to the extension of NSA on Amritpal Singh and his accomplice Daljit Kalsi and has also asked the Center on what basis the NSA was extended.
Now the Punjab and Central Government will have to give the information related to this in the High Court by October 3. Both Amritpal Singh and Daljit Singh Kalsi, lodged in Dibrugarh Jail, have said in their petition that the fresh imposition of NSA on them is wrong and unconstitutional, which should be rejected.
