RCMP say an extensive investigation into drug trafficking in the Campbell River area has led to charges being approved for 10 individuals, with charges recommended for 10 others.
Mounties say they conducted the operation known as 'E-Parody' in November and December last year.
They say drugs seized and tested as a result of the investigation included fentanyl, carfentanil, heroin, morphine, cocaine and methamphetamine.
Constable Maury Tyre says the investigation shows people are knowingly requesting and distributing fentanyl.
